Stanford Legal is a property, family, commercial and estates law practice based at Springfield Tower in Springfield Central, Queensland. The firm opened in 2022 as the legal arm of Stanford Group, founded by Army veteran Logan Stanford, and has grown practice by practice as the people we helped into their homes came back with the next thing life put in front of them. We act for clients across South East Queensland, and the first conversation is always free.
By 2022, Stanford Financial had helped a lot of Queensland families into a home, and every one of them needed a conveyancer. Logan Stanford sent them to more than a dozen firms and kept hearing the same things back: calls that weren't returned, questions answered in jargon, and a settlement that felt like it was happening to them rather than with them.
So he did what he'd been trained to do in the Army when something wasn't working. He took responsibility for it and built the fix himself.
Stanford Legal opened with a single conveyancing desk and a single rule, that every client would always know what was happening and why.
Family law, wills and estates, and commercial law followed, each added because the people we'd already helped came back with the next chapter of their lives. The firm is bigger now, but that first rule still runs it.
