Yes. Your first conversation with us is free and there's no obligation to go ahead. If you decide to proceed, you'll receive your options and costs in writing before any work begins.
How quickly will someone get back to me?
We aim to respond to every enquiry within one to two business days. If your matter is time-sensitive, for example a contract with a cooling-off period running, call us on 0483 980 001 and say so, and we'll prioritise it.
Do I need to come into the office?
No. Most matters, including conveyancing, can be handled by phone, email and video, with documents signed electronically where the law allows. If you'd rather meet in person, our Springfield Central office is open Monday to Friday.
